We offer oats hulling & separating equipment, which is designed for hulling and separating your oats. The core parts of hullers adopt all-steel materials, and the vanes of the huller adopt 99% alumina porcelain which improve the hulling result and give a longer service time. You can achieve ideal separating result by adjusting angle of screens. Adopting the vibrating and negative-pressure separation machine and spiral materials-unloader to make the shells collecting works easier and at the same time reduce the dust accumulation. The vibrating source of the equipment adopts vibratory motors design. This hulling and separating equipment features easy and quick installation and no installing experience is required.
Working Process: Raw materials → Elevating → Shelling & Separating → Checking the unhulled buckwheat → Flowing back for Re-hulling → Pure kernels. Capacity: 600-800 kg/h
