Overview:
AMR series pumps are a kind of cantilever centrifugal horizontal slurry pump. Which was designed with rubber liner.
Application:
1. They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, uilding material and other industry department
2. AM pumps are used to pump high-hardness, strong-corrosion and high-concentration liquids that contain suspended solid particles, such as finished ores, refuse ores, ashes, cinders, cements, mud, mineral stones and etc. in the industries of metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building material and etc.
3. The temperature of the pumped solid-liquid mixture should be ≤80°C, and the weight concentration should be ≤60.

Slurry pump feature:
1. Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang.
2. Wear resistant and anti-abrasion wet parts.
3. Easily replaceable liners, Liners are bolted to the casing.
4. Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing.
5. Discharge direction can be positioned at intervals of 360 degrees.
6. Simple maintenance throat-bush: the mating face of the throat bush is tapered, so the wear is reduced and removal is simple.
