GK81300-A1 Big bag sewing machine
GK81300A1 big bag sewing machine, simply as model 81300A1, it is heavy duty, two needle four thread, safety stitch(chain stitch and overedge stitch) bag making machine. With upper and lower feeding mechanism, 2 independent chain stitch and overedge stitch, filler cord guide from top and/or bottom(filler cord from both top and bottom, also can be only top or bottom), which for sealing the needle punctures at left needle.
81300A1 two needle safety stitch bag making sewing machine can make 20mm seam width(overedge width 15mm and 5mm distance from two needles). Formed stitch type(401.502), adjustable stitch length from 6-13mm(standard 10mm), use Polypropylene thread 4000D, the maximum sewing thickness can up to 22mm.
81300A1 is high performance machine for strong side seams on container bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags, big bags, ton bags which made of jute, burlap and PP woven. Also it is suitable for Geotextiles sewing applications.
The pneumatic foot lifter and hot thread chain cutter are available.(Please refer to GK81300-A2 and GK81300-A3).
