With getting client's drawing and/or samples, we are able to build the precision tooling to make sure its stability and use life getting improving largely during the stamping production.

We own high precision machining equipment, and carry out the tooling maintenance timely, and build up relative risk stock of tool components. So that we can guarantee delivery on time all the time for every precision electronic stamping parts. The machining tolerance of our dies can reach up to +/-0.007mm, and the part thickness that we produce can go to 0.05-3.00mm while the minimum piercing hole can reach to 0.08mm.

We strictly carry out ISO9001：2015 quality system, and maintain consistently 6S workshop management. Beside our internal quality control is required strictly by ourselves, we will investigate the supplier's qualifications, quality control and service level to make sure the pass percentage of their quality, lead time and service in supplier's quality, outsourced process and after treatment.
